Counter-Notification
If you believe a removed post was not infringing, you may file a counter-notice including:
- Your name, address, and contact information
- Exact material removed and original URL
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
- Agreement to jurisdiction of Nigerian courts
- Your signature
If valid, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a legal action.
